As one of our landlords you will receive a tailored range of services depending on the level of instruction. An outline of the general fees is below (all fees are inclusive of VAT);
Sole Agency Let Only – 8% + VAT (9.6% including VAT)Our Let Only fees include the following services;

Katryan Property Services Ltd is a member of UK ALA Client Money Protection Scheme, and also a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), which is a redress scheme. You can find out more details on the agent’s website or by contacting the agent directly.
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts, payable to Katryan Property Services Ltd (the Agent) Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent Deposit: 5 weeks rent (annual rentals under £50,000), 6 weeks rent (annual rents over £50,000)
If the Landlord withdraws the property before the tenancy is signed, then we will refund you the holding deposit.
If the application is unsuccessful or if you withdraw
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Payment of up to £50.00 inc VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate if the rent is more than 14 days overdue from the rent due date.
Payment of the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
Utilities: Gas, electricity, water
Communications: Telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
